At ABAYES, we take pride in delivering every order with care and efficiency. Each abaya is hand-stitched using premium fabrics and carefully packed to reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Information

  • Delivery Coverage: We currently deliver all across Pakistan through our trusted courier partner POST EX.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location or courier delays.

  • Order Types: Both ready-made and made-to-order abayas are shipped within this timeframe.

  • Shipping Fee: Delivery is completely free on all orders.

  • Order Tracking: Tracking information may be provided depending on the courier’s availability.

Please ensure that your delivery details (name, address, and contact number) are accurate to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.

2. Returns and Replacements

At ABAYES, we want every purchase to be a pleasant experience. While all our products go through careful inspection before shipping, we understand that rare issues can occur.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery and only in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Condition: The abaya must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us via Facebook or Instagram within the 2-day window. Our team will guide you through the simple return process.

  • Refund or Replacement: Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement or a refund (via bank transfer or Easypaisa).

  • Return Shipping Cost: All approved returns are covered by ABAYES.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and customized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately through our social media channels. We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.
