1. Products

ABAYES specializes in hand-stitched abayas, crafted with care and precision using premium fabrics imported from Dubai. We currently offer ready-made and made-to-order abayas, and will soon expand our collection to include hijabs and scarves.

While we make every effort to display our products accurately, slight variations in color or stitching may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website or social media pages.

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.

  • Customers do not need to create an account to place an order.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled once shipped.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • ABAYES offers free delivery across Pakistan.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location or unforeseen courier delays.

  • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

4. Returns and Replacements

  • We accept returns within 2 days of delivery, only in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item received.

  • The abaya must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Once inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.

  • To request a return, please contact us through Facebook or Instagram within the return period.

5. Product Care

Our abayas are made with high-quality materials and require gentle care. We recommend dry cleaning or mild hand washing to maintain fabric quality and color. ABAYES is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.

6. Use of Content

All product images, videos, and content on the ABAYES website and social media pages are the exclusive property of ABAYES.
They may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission. Customers may share our content for personal or promotional purposes (such as posting a purchase photo with credit to ABAYES).

7. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
ABAYES reserves the right to update product prices, designs, or offers without prior notice. In rare cases of pricing or stock errors, we may cancel or modify your order and will inform you immediately.
